FIERCE ARMS
Fierce Arms is a Redmond, Utah based professional Gunsmith. Known for making some of the most incredible custom hunting rifles with amazing carbon fiber barrels and precision machined parts.
Project Overview
The previous iteration of the Fierce Arms website was merely a catalog. The goal in mind with this project was to take it from a viewable product that you would have to call to order, to an interactive website that you could create, customize and order your products in the comfort of your home. This was a large project to transform the Fierce operation into an E-Commerce store, but was worth the effort.
The Challenge
Custom product builders come with a lot of options and we wanted a way to visualize this as you were making choices. This created some challenges in a visual builder.
Our Approach
Our vision was that if we could allow the users to see what options they selected would look like on the end product, they would be more likely to purchase it. So finding a way to make this happen became critical. We feel like we accomplished this with the custom gun builder and with the entire ecommerce experience.
Results
Fierce Arms has seen overwhelming growth in their custom gun orders. They now enjoy a thriving e-commerce business that supports several other initiatives for the company and has helped to expand the shop.
